Kind stranger saves kangaroo from sticky situation
A brave passer-by has rescued a kangaroo after it was caught in a very compromising position. The roo was caught hanging upside down inside a cattle grate in the Flinders Ranges on a frosty morning. A man stumbled upon the trapped marsupial and helped pry it out of the grate.
“These guys have a kick on ‘em like a bit of a horse,” the rescuer said, calling out “I hope you have a good life!” as the roo hopped away.
