Tom Jones sells uniquely decorated LA home for $14.4M
<p><span>Singer Tom Jones has sold his Los Angeles home for $14.4 million.</span></p>
<p><span>The large home is fit for a famous musician and is decorated from room to room in leopard print. The Mediterranean style villa is situated in the gated Mulholland Estates community and Tom Jones also owned an adjacent lot that was included in the sale.</span></p>
<p><span>The house was built in 1996 and public records show that Tom Jones bought the property for $3.38 million in 1998.</span></p>
<p><span>The famous musician publicly listed the house for $10.2 million in April.</span></p>
<p><span>Every room follows the theme of leopard print and safari inspired décor. The home features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a master suite that has breathtaking views across LA.</span></p>
<p><span>The master suite also has his and hers bathrooms and dressing rooms, decorated with the signature leopard print.</span></p>
<p><span>The backyard includes a resort style swimming pool and green lawns.</span></p>
