Flight narrowly misses crash landing in gale-force winds
<p>If you’re a nervous flyer, you might want to look away. The terrifyingly shaky landing of a KLM flight in gale-force winds has been caught on camera, and it’s enough to make even the most seasoned traveller’s stomach churn.</p>
<p>The Boeing 777 from Tokyo was due to touch down at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport when it was rocked by violent gale-force winds just 20 metres before landing.</p>

<p>Flight KL862 can be seen aggressively shaking as it prepares for landing, finally skidding onto the tarmac, producing plumes of smoke as the brakes are engaged.</p>
