American style bacon cheeseburger
<p>This American-style burger topped with bacon and cheese is sure to satisfy your deepest cravings. </p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Serves:</span></strong> 4</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ingredients: </span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Brown onion, finely chopped</li>
<li>1 garlic clove, minced</li>
<li>2 tablespoons of tomato sauce</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of sugar</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of steak sauce</li>
<li>¼ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar</li>
<li>0.5kg of ground beef</li>
<li>4 slices of orange American cheddar cheese</li>
<li>4 hamburger buns, toasted</li>
<li>8 strips of bacon, fried</li>
<li>Lettuce, tomato, red onion, American mustard, sliced dill pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup (to serve)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Method: </span></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Combine onion, ketchup, garlic, sugar, Worcestershire, steak sauce, vinegar in a large bowl. Mix.</li>
<li>Add beef and combine thoroughly.</li>
<li>Form beef into four hamburger patties.</li>
<li>Grill burgers over medium heat on the BBQ until cooked through, flipping halfway.</li>
<li>Towards end of grilling, top with cheese and allow to melt.</li>
<li>Serve between toasted buns topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion, mustard, pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup and bacon.</li>
