Healthy homemade tomato sauce

It’s super simple.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ingredients:</span></strong></p><ul><li>1 tablespoon olive oil</li><li>2 medium brown onions, roughly chopped</li><li>1 tablespoon salt</li><li>12 cups fresh or tinned tomatoes, halved</li><li>2 red capsicum, roughly chopped</li><li>4 cloves garlic</li><li>1 celery stalk, roughly chopped</li><li>½ cup raw or brown sugar</li><li>½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, if desired</li><li>1 tablespoon paprika, if desired</li><li>6 cloves, if desired</li><li>1 cinnamon stick, if desired</li><li>1 ½ cups red or white wine vinegar</li></ul>
