Blood orange margaritas
<p>Try this refreshing twist on the classic margarita with the sweet-tart flavours of blood orange and freshly squeezed lime.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Serves</span>:</strong> 2</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ingredients</span>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>60ml tequila</li>
<li>60ml triple sec</li>
<li>¼ cup blood orange juice, reserve orange wedges</li>
<li>Juice to two limes</li>
<li>Pinch of sugar</li>
<li>Salt, for rimming the glasses</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Method</span>:</strong></p>
<p>1. Rub rims of glasses with orange wedges. Spread salt evenly out on plate and dim rims of glasses into salt until coated.</p>
<p>2. Place orange juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Shake well until combined.</p>
<p>3. Fill glasses with couple of ice cubes. Pour margarita into glasses. Garnish with orange slice and enjoy!</p>
