Grape and mint soda mocktail
<p>This grape and mint soda mocktail makes for a delightfully refreshing drink that’s sure to cool you on a hot day.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Serves</span>:</strong> 2</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ingredients: </span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1¼ cup seedless black grapes</li>
<li>¼ cup mint leaves</li>
<li>Sugar, to taste</li>
<li>Juice of 2 limes</li>
<li>1 ½ cup soda water</li>
<li>Ice</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Method: </span></strong></p>
<p>1. Combine grapes, mint leaves, limejuice and sugar in a blender. Process until well combined.</p>
<p>2. Pour mixture through a mesh strainer, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Pour grape soda into two glasses. Top each glass with soda water and ice. Stir and serve immediately.</p>
