After purchasing it just three years ago, Leonardo DiCaprio has listed the lavish Los Feliz manor for a whopping $USD 5.75 million ($AUD 7.83 million).

The Titanic star acquired the 4,644 square foot home, called Red Oak Manor, from musician Moby through a trust, paying $AUD 6.69 million for it in 2018.

Built in 1926, Red Oak Manor features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and old-fashioned English styled interiors that have been “restored and totally reimagined” by Moby, including traditional millwork, groin-vault ceilings, and elaborate fireplaces.

The contemporary stylings include a new kitchen with marble countertops and a walk-in pantry, lofted study, gym, steam room, and a security system.

The two-storey home also features two primary suites with marble bathrooms, with the guest suite having its own secret entrance to a full bath and steam room.

Outside, the property has its own swimming pool surrounded by greenery, a spa, patio, and al fresco dining area.
