Fergie’s trim new look
<p>The Duchess of York, Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson is looking healthier than ever as she attended a charity gala in Spain over the weekend in a figure-hugging black dress.</p>
<p>Known for her yo-yo dieting and fluctuating figure, the 56-year-old Fergie stepped out looking fit and healthy with a trim new figure.</p>

<p>In 2015, Fergie revealed to Rachael Ray she had lost 55 pounds (25kg).</p>
<p>“I saw a picture of myself and I needed to change my life, and I went in search of the perfect way to change my life,” she said.</p>
<p>Fergie has struggled with her weight for years, as well as the public scrutiny, revealing she was spurred into seriously looking after her health when she discovered two years ago she was close to 100kg, a weight she had reached while pregnant.</p>

<p>“That really frightened me,” said the Duchess. “Beatrice was an 8lb 8oz baby and I was only 6lb off my full-blown pregnancy weight. I decided to make a change.”</p>
