Healthy and refreshing breakfast pizza

Enjoy pizza for breakfast with this high-protein recipe that combines Greek yoghurt and plain flour, and is topped with fruit of your choice. 

Fruit Breakfast Pizza with NUTELLA®

Difficulty: ⅔

Time: 40 minutes

Serves: 8 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup self-raising flour

  • 1 cup natural Greek yoghurt

  • Plain flour

For the Topping:

  • 4 tbsp Nutella®

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • ½ cup fresh kiwifruit, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup fresh peaches, sliced

Method: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Then, in a bowl, combine the flour and yoghurt and bring together to form a big dough ball. 

  2. Place the ball onto a floured board and knead it for 5-8 minutes. Roll the ball into a pizza base shape, and then cook in the oven for 10 minutes.

  3. Remove pizza base from the oven and allow to cool until just warm. Spread 4 tablespoons of Nutella® evenly across the warm pizza dough, leaving about 1-2cm at the edge as crust

  4. Top the pizza with sliced fruit and berries, distribute evenly. Then slice the pizza into 8 equal wedges, and tuck in!
