Ranch dressing

Ranch dressing

Ready in less than five minutes, this ranch dressing (or dip) is so easy to whip up to dress your meats or salads. 

Makes: 1 ½ cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream or buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh tarragon, dill, parsley, chives or celery leaves (or a combination)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake well. Open and season to taste. Shake again. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
